Modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse located just 1 km from the beautiful 
beaches of Lo Pagan. The living room has a lot of light and sliding windows 
that give access to the front terrace. The spacious bedrooms each have a 
bathroom. From the front terrace you have access to the large sun roof 
terrace with pergola and outdoor kitchen. Here you can sunbathe all year 
round and you have a view of the communal sunbathing area with swimming 
pool and jacuzzi.

The penthouse is located within walking distance of the beautiful beach 
and the seafront promenade with the many restaurants, tapas bars and beach 
bars that you see in the photos in the link. The beaches of Lo Pagan are 
very wide and gently slope into the sea, which is ideal for children. 
On the beach you can practice all kinds of water sports such as kayaking, 
surfing, paddle surfing or you can rent a boat with or without a license 
and drop your anchor wherever you want to snorkel. The free mud baths of 
Lo Pagan are also within walking distance. The covered shopping center 
Dos Mares is 2 km away by bike. The large shopping center Zenia Boulevard 
with 130 trendy shops is a 10-minute drive away.

Alicante airport is a 45 minute drive away, Murcia Corvera airport is a 
35 minute drive away.

Out of season you can rent for 400 € per week.

In the period from July 1 to September 1, the price is 800 € per week.

The final cleaning is 125 €.
