400 meters from the Mar De Cristal beaches. There is a spacious living room 
with modern open kitchen with floor-to-ceiling sliding windows that give 
access to the large front terrace. The master bedroom has a dressing room 
and en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom has a separate bathroom. There is 
also a storage room with washing machine.

On the large front terrace there is plenty of garden furniture to enjoy 
the sun and your relaxing moments for a fantastic holiday. The terrace 
has direct access to the communal garden with sunbathing area and very 
large swimming pool and separate children's pool.

The nature around the apartment is exceptionally beautiful. The nature 
park Callblanque where the turtles breed, the idyllic Cabo De Palos and 
the Mar Menor golf club where the Belgian top clubs come to spend the 
winter are all a 5-minute drive away. So are the 36 km of beaches at 
La Manga…and the Mar De Cristal seafront promenade has fantastic restaurants. 
The picturesque Los Belones with its many nice restaurants is 1.5 km away.

All the beaches you see in the photos are less than a 10 minute drive away.

You can do plenty of shopping here with the large shopping center of 
Cartagena less than a 10-minute drive away and Cartagena city 15 minutes away. 
Dos Mares shopping center is 30 minutes away and the large shopping 
center Zenia Boulevard with 130 trendy shops is a 35-minute drive away.

On the beach you can practice all kinds of water sports such as kayaking, 
surfing, paddle surfing or you can rent a boat without a license and then 
you can drop anchor where you want to snorkel where you want.

Out of season you can rent this beautiful luxury apartment for 500 € per week.

In the period from July 1 to August 31, the price is 1000 € per week.

The final cleaning is 110 €.
