There is a very spacious living room with a modern open-plan kitchen and floor-to-ceiling 
sliding windows leading to the large front terrace. There are also 2 spacious bedrooms, 
each with its own bathroom; the master bedroom has a large dressing room.

You can park your car in the underground parking space, and an elevator takes you to your 
apartment.

The large front terrace offers plenty of garden furniture to enjoy the sun and relax for a 
fantastic holiday. The terrace offers a stunning view of the large communal garden with a 
sunbathing lawn, a very large infinity pool, and a separate children's pool.

The natural surroundings of the apartment are exceptionally beautiful. The Callblanque 
nature reserve, where turtles nest, the idyllic Cabo de Palos, and the Mar Menor golf club, 
where top Belgian clubs spend the winter, are all just a 5-minute drive away. La Manga's 
36km of beaches are also worth a visit...and the Mar de Cristal beach promenade boasts 
fantastic restaurants. The picturesque town of Los Belones, with its many delicious 
restaurants, is just 1.5km away.

All the beaches you see in the photos are less than a 10-minute drive away.

Shopping is in abundance here, with the large shopping center of Cartagena less than a 
10-minute drive away and Cartagena city center just 15 minutes away. Dos Mares shopping 
center is 30 minutes away, and the large Zenia Boulevard shopping center with 130 trendy 
shops is a 35-minute drive away.

On the beach, you can enjoy all kinds of water sports such as kayaking, surfing, and 
paddleboarding, or you can rent a boat without a license and drop anchor wherever you 
like for snorkeling.

Off-season, i.e. from 01/11 to 31/03, you can rent this beautiful luxury apartment for €450 per week. 
For the period 01/04 to 31/06 and 01/09 to 31/10, prices are available upon request. 
During the period from July 1 to August 31, the price is €1,000 per week. 

The final cleaning fee is €145.

Pets are not allowed!
