Santa Rosalia Lake & Life Resort is a fantastic new tropical resort located 4 km from 
the Los Alcazares beaches on the Costa Calida. The closed complex is no less 
than 700,000 m² in size and Villa Del Rey is located around a 16,000 m² landscaped lake 
with crystal clear water with white beaches, beach bar, restaurant, fitness, golf course, 
basketball court, volleyball court, children's playgrounds and much more. 
This is the ideal place to enjoy the sun combined with water sports or lounging at 
the beach bar.

Alicante airport is a 50 minute drive, Murcia airport a 35 minute drive.

Out of season you can rent this villa for €2400 per week.

In May, June and September you can rent the house for €2800 per week.

In the period from July 1 to August 30, the price is €3800 per week.

The final cleaning is included.
