dressing room. There is a spacious living room of 40 m² with a modern and well-equipped open 
kitchen.  The floor-to-ceiling sliding windows provide access to the large front terrace. 
Nice view of the pool and the mountains.  The angle gives you a glimpse of the sea in the 
distance, above the villas.
The rental car can be parked in the underground parking lot.

The front terrace is equipped with plenty of garden furniture to enjoy the sun.
In the morning the sun rises very early on this terrace and stays there until the afternoon.
Having breakfast on the terrace is wonderful!

The beautiful infinity swimming pool offers many possibilities.  There is a sunbathing lawn 
and the swimming pool has a shallow end for the children.

The nature around Mar Menor is exceptionally beautiful.  The Calblanque Natural Park, where turtles 
breed, the idyllic fishing village of Cabo de Palos and the Mar Menor golf club 
(where top Belgian clubs come to spend the winter!) are all just a 5-minute drive away.  
Certainly also accessible for the experienced walker and cyclist (MTB).

The apartment is located 650m from the beaches of Mar de Cristal.  It has fine sandy beaches, 
warm water, beautiful views and more than 320 days of sunshine per year. The beautiful wide 
beaches of Play Honda and the nature reserve with the salt lakes 'Salinas de Marchamalo' 
are in line with this. The many beaches of the Mar Menor (inland sea) as well as the beaches 
of the Mediterranean Sea are easily accessible on foot, by bike or by car.  
These are just some of the reasons why this beautiful part of Spain attracts so many people.

In the Mar Menor there are many opportunities to practice all kinds of water sports such 
as kayaking, surfing, paddle surfing ... or rent a boat without a boating license.

The small typical Spanish but versatile village of 'Los Bolones' is 1.5 km away and has 
a lot to offer: terraces, shops, the weekly market, restaurants, a local butcher, fresh 
fish shop, bakery, schools... A small village with many possibilities .
