The Dos Mares shopping center is a 5-minute drive away. Cartagena city is a 20-minute 
drive away, as is the large Zenia Boulevard shopping center with its many trendy shops.

Murcia Airport is a 25-minute drive away, and Alicante Airport is a 55-minute drive away.

From July 1st to August 31st, the price is €1650 per week.

During the winter months, the price is €1,600 per month for the period 
from November 1st to the end of March.

The final cleaning fee is €145. Pets are not allowed! Wifi, 
air conditioning, towels, bed linen, dishwasher, washing machine,
