Beautiful luxury penthouse with 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located in the heart 
of Lo Pagan, 2 km from various beaches. The living room has a modern open kitchen and 
sliding windows that give access to the front terrace. Each bedroom has its bathroom 
and the kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances. On the front terrace 
you can already enjoy the setting sun, but on the huge sun roof terrace where you have 
all the privacy you can sunbathe all year round or enjoy the views or lounge under 
the large pergola.

Via a staircase you reach the communal area with a large swimming pool. It is south-facing, 
so you can sunbathe here all year round.

The apartment is located within walking distance of the beautiful salt lakes with many 
flamingos, many restaurants, tapas bars and supermarkets. The beaches of Lo Pagan and 
El Mojon are 2 km away and are very wide and gently slope into the sea, which is ideal 
for children. On the beach you can practice all kinds of water sports such as kayaking, 
surfing, paddle surfing or you can rent a boat with or without a license and drop your 
anchor wherever you want to snorkel. The free mud baths of Lo Pagan are within cycling 
distance. The covered shopping center Dos Mares is also 2 km away by bike. The large 
shopping center Zenia Boulevard with 130 trendy shops is a 10-minute drive away.

Alicante airport is a 45 minute drive away, Murcia Corvera airport is a 35 minute drive away.
