The luxury apartment is very spacious and fully equipped for people with mobility 
disabilities. All passageways and doors are at least 1 meter wide with a large turning 
circle in the master bathroom and bedrooms. The sink, toilet, shower and cupboards have 
also been adapted, as well as the wide window in the living room that is integrated into 
the floor. The large front terrace is directly connected to the sun terrace around 
the communal swimming pool.

There is a private parking space for your car.

The apartment is located within walking distance of the beautiful salt lakes with many 
flamingos, the many restaurants, tapas bars and supermarkets. The beaches of Lo Pagan 
and El Mojon are 2 km away and are very wide and slope gently into the sea, which is ideal 
for children. On the beach you can practice all kinds of water sports such as kayaking, 
surfing, paddle surfing or you can rent a boat with or without a license and drop your 
anchor wherever you want to snorkel. The free mud baths of Lo Pagan are within cycling 
distance. The indoor shopping center Dos Mares is also 2 km by bike. The large shopping 
center Zenia Boulevard with 130 trendy shops is a 10-minute drive away.

Alicante airport is a 45-minute drive, Murcia Corvera airport is a 35-minute drive.

Out of season you can rent for €550 per week.

In the period from July 1 to September 1, the price is €1100 per week.
