Very luxurious south-facing house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 
just a 350-meter walk from the beautiful bay of Lo Pagan. There is a 
beautifully furnished spacious living room with modern open kitchen 
and sliding windows that give access to the front terrace with private 
swimming pool. There is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the ground floor. 
There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor that share a bathroom. 
Both bedrooms have access to the front terrace on the first floor. 
You can sunbathe all year round on the large sun roof terrace.

On the various terraces you have lounges, dining table and sun loungers 
to enjoy the sun.

You don't need a car here! The house is just a 350-meter walk from 
the beach boulevard of Lo Pagan with numerous restaurants, bars and supermarkets. 
The beautiful bay has a gently sloping wide beach ideal for children. 
The long promenade with the free mud baths also starts here. 
Via the beach boulevard you also reach the adjacent Santiago De La Ribera, 
which also has many restaurants and bars. The Dos Mares shopping center 
is a 10-minute bike ride away, the large Zenia Boulevard shopping center 
is a 15-minute drive away.

During the months of November to April the pool can be heated at a rate 
of €100 per week.

Alicante airport is a 50 minute drive, Murcia airport a 35 minute drive.

Out of season you can rent this house for €650 per week.

In june and september the price is 800 € per week.

In the period from July 1 to August 30, the price is €1600 per week.

The final cleaning is €250.

No pets allowed!

There are 3 bedrooms with double beds.

Wifi, towels, bed linen, washing machine and dishwasher are provided.
