Casa Sueño Apartment

Casa Sueño is located on the first floor and features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, 
one of which is ensuite. The master bedroom has a large dressing room. There is a very 
spacious living room with a modern and well-equipped open-plan kitchen. The modern furniture 
is of high quality and ideal for long lounging sessions. Floor-to-ceiling sliding windows 
provide access to the large front terrace with beautiful views of the pool and the mountains.

Your rental car can be parked in the underground parking garage.

The front terrace is equipped with plenty of garden furniture for enjoying the sun.
In the morning, the sun rises very early on this terrace and stays until late in the afternoon.

The tropical pool offers many possibilities. There is a sunbathing area and a shallow 
section for children.

The natural beauty surrounding the Mar Menor is exceptionally beautiful. Calblanque Natural Park, 
where turtles nest, the idyllic fishing village of Cabo de Palos, and the 
Mar Menor Golf Club (where top Belgian clubs spend the winter!) are all just a 5-minute 
drive away. It's also easily accessible for experienced hikers and cyclists.

The apartment is located 650 meters from the beaches of Mar de Cristal. It boasts fine 
sandy beaches, warm water, stunning views, and over 320 days of sunshine a year. 
The beautiful wide beaches of Playa Honda and the nature reserve with its salt lakes 
are just a short distance away. The many beaches of the Mar Menor, as well as the beaches 
of the Mediterranean, are easily accessible on foot, by bike, or by car. These are 
just a few of the reasons why this beautiful part of Spain attracts so many people.

The Mar Menor offers many opportunities for water sports such as kayaking, surfing, 
paddleboarding, and even renting a boat without a license. You can drop anchor 
anywhere you like for snorkeling.

The small, typically Spanish village of Los Belones is 1.5 km away and has much 
to offer: terraces, shops, the weekly market, restaurants, a local butcher, 
fresh fishmonger, bakery, schools, and more. A small village with plenty to offer.

Out of season, you can rent this beautiful, luxury apartment for €595 per week.

From July 1st to August 31st, the price is €1250 per week.

Final cleaning is €170.

Casa Sueño is not equipped for small children.
