The villa has a spacious living room with a modern open kitchen and floor-to-ceiling 
sliding windows that provide access to the garden with a very large private swimming pool. 
The master bedroom has a large dressing room and ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms overlook 
the pool and have direct access to it. The villa has complete privacy and is built on 
a 540 m² plot with parking for 2 cars.

The villa is surrounded by beautiful nature with beaches and natural swimming pools 
on the Rio De Segura and many excursion options such as the ancient cemetery of Virgen 
de la Esperanza, the archaeological museum of Calasparra, the bridge of Arrocero, 
the Predamientos Park, the Cueva del Puerto, the Almadenes Canyon, the Las Lomas viewpoint, 
the Ribera de Cañaverosa forest and the castle of Calasparra. Restaurants, bars 
and supermarkets are within 3 km and the beautiful beaches of Santiago De La Ribera 
are a 75-minute drive away.
