The nature around the villa is exceptionally beautiful. The Callblanque nature park where turtles breed, the idyllic Cabo De Palos and the Mar Menor golf club where the top Belgian clubs come to winter are all within a 5-minute drive. La Manga’s 36 km of beaches too…and on the Mar De Cristal beach promenade you have great restaurants. The picturesque Los Belones with its many tasty restaurants are 1.5 km away.

Shopping is plentiful here with the large shopping center of Cartagena less than 10 minutes away and Cartagena city 15 minutes away. Dos Mares shopping center is a 30-minute drive away and the large shopping center Zenia Boulevard with 130 trendy stores is a 35-minute drive away.

At the beach you can do all kinds of water sports such as kayaking, surfing, paddle surfing or you can rent a boat without a license and then you can drop anchor wherever you want to snorkel wherever you want.

Off season you can rent this villa for 630 € per week.

In the period from June 1 to June 30, the price is 900 € per week.

In the period from July 1 to August 30, the price is 1700 € per week.

In the period from September 1 to September 30, the price is 900 € per week.
