There is a lovely, spacious living room with a modern open kitchen and sliding windows that provide 
access to the front terrace. There is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the ground floor. 
There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor that share a bathroom. The master bedroom has access 
to the front terrace on the first floor.

You can lounge and enjoy the sun on the various terraces.

The villa does not have a private pool, but it does have access to the large communal pool with a 
sunbathing area, photos of which can be found in this link.

You do not need a car here! The property is located just over a 1 km walk from the Lo Pagan beach 
promenade, with numerous restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. The beautiful bay has a wide, gently 
sloping beach, ideal for children. The long promenade with free mud baths also starts here. 
Via the beach promenade, you can also reach the adjacent Santiago de La Ribera, which also has 
many restaurants and bars. The center of San Pedro Del Pianatar is just a 500-meter walk away. 
The Dos Mares shopping center is a 5-minute bike ride away, and the large Zenia Boulevard shopping 
center is a 15-minute drive.

Alicante Airport is a 50-minute drive away, and Murcia Airport is a 35-minute drive away.

Off-season, you can rent this property for €650 per week.

In June and September, you can rent the property for €800 per week.

From July 1st to August 30th, the price is €1600 per week.

The final cleaning fee is €250.
