It has a large living room with modern open kitchen and sliding windows connecting to the front terrace and enormous swimming pool. The bedrooms have both there own bathroom and the master has also sliding windows connecting to the front terrace and tropical swimming pool. You can step out of your bedroom to take a morning swim.

The apartment is located in a tropical garden with big communal swimming pool and family jacuzzi and has direct access to the beautiful beach and beach boulevard with the many restaurants, tapas bars and beachbars. The Santiago De La Ribera beaches are wide and ideal for children because the water is very shallow. At the beach you can do all kinds of watersports such as kayaking, surfing, padlesurf or you can hire a boat without license and throw you anchor wherever you want and snorkel wherever you want. The free mud baths of Lo Pagan are at walking distance. Shopping center Dos Mares is at 2 km. The big shopping center Zenia Boulevard with it’s 130 trendy shops is a 10 minutes drive.

The airport of Alicante is a 45 minutes drive, the airport of Murcia Corvera is a 35 minutes drive.
