This beautiful apartment is surrounded by the sea! Everywhere you look you can see the sea in every view.

It has 2 large bedrooms and one bathroom, from both bedrooms you have sea view.

The living room has a large terras with full view on the big swimming pool and harbor of the Mar Menor.

The kitchen is separated and is fully equiped with dishwasher and washing machine.

It’s located on the second floor and has an easy access with ramp and elevator for wheelchairs or people who have difficulties walking.

The supermarket Spar is next to the apartment and a bakery is across the street.

Next to the apartment you have the harbor where you can take any boat for roundtrips.  You can walk at different beaches and here you can see the sunrise and sunset at the same place.

The Mar Menor is the biggest salt water lagoon of Europe and it is separated from the Mediterranean Sea by La Manga, a strip of land which is 22km long. This natural setting has an idyllic microclimate and perfect conditions to enjoy all watersports, tastfull restaurants, good tapas bars and many supermarkets. The sea of the Mar Menor is only 1m50 at his deepest so is always 3 degrees warmer than the sea so is an ideal place for children. Here you still can find an open space on the beach where you will find your peace of mind for having a fantastic vacation!
