you look you see the sea, the Mediterranean or the Mar Menor.

The apartment has 2 large bedrooms both with sea views and 1 bathroom.

The living room has a large terrace with a full view of the very large 
swimming pool and the harbor of the Mar Menor.

The kitchen is separate and is fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine.

The apartment is on the second floor and is very accessible for people 
with walking difficulties due to the wheelchair entrance and elevator.

The supermarket is next to the apartment and there is a bakery right 
across the street.

Next to the apartment you will find the harbor from which you can make 
various boat trips. You can go to different beaches here and here you 
can also see the sunrise and sunset.

The Mar Menor is the largest inland sea in Europe and is separated from 
the sea by the La Manga strip, which is 22 km long. This setting provides 
a wonderful micro climate and the ideal location for water sports, 
tasty restaurants, good tapas bars and many supermarkets. The sea of 
​​the Mar Menor is only 1m50 deep and is therefore always 3 degrees warmer 
than the Mediterranean Sea and therefore an ideal place for children.
