a modern open-plan kitchen and floor-to-ceiling sliding windows that open onto the 
large front terrace and the tropical pool, centrally located on the apartment. 
There are two spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom; the master bedroom 
has a large dressing room. You can park your car in the underground parking space, 
and an elevator takes you to your apartment.

The large front terrace offers plenty of garden furniture to enjoy the sun and relax 
for a fantastic holiday. The terrace has direct access to the large communal tropical 
garden with a sunbathing lawn, a very large infinity pool, and a separate children's pool.

The natural surroundings of the apartment are exceptionally beautiful. The Callblanque 
nature reserve, where turtles nest, the idyllic Cabo de Palos, and the Mar Menor golf club, 
where top Belgian clubs spend the winter, are all just a 5-minute drive away. La Manga's 
36km of beaches are also worth a visit...and the Mar de Cristal beach promenade boasts 
fantastic restaurants. The picturesque town of Los Belones, with its many delicious 
restaurants, is just 1.5km away.

All the beaches you see in the photos are less than a 10-minute drive away.

Shopping is in abundance here, with the large shopping center of Cartagena less 
than a 10-minute drive away and Cartagena city center just 15 minutes away. 
Dos Mares shopping center is 30 minutes away, and the large Zenia Boulevard shopping 
center with its many trendy shops is a 35-minute drive away.

On the beach, you can enjoy all kinds of water sports such as kayaking, surfing, 
and paddleboarding, or you can rent a boat without a license and drop anchor wherever 
you like for snorkeling.
