living room with a modern open kitchen and floor-to-ceiling sliding windows that provide 
access to the large front terrace. There are 2 spacious bedrooms each with their own bathroom, 
the master has a large dressing room. You can park your car in the underground parking lot 
and an elevator will take you to your apartment.

On the large front terrace there is plenty of garden furniture to enjoy the sun and your 
relaxing moments for a fantastic holiday. The terrace has a beautiful view over the large 
communal garden with sunbathing lawn and very large infinity pool and separate children's pool.

The nature around the apartment is exceptionally beautiful. The Callblanque nature park 
where turtles breed, the idyllic Cabo De Palos and the Mar Menor golf club where the 
top Belgian clubs come to spend the winter are all a 5-minute drive away. The 36 km of 
beaches of La Manga too…and on the Mar De Cristal beach promenade you have fantastic 
restaurants. The picturesque Los Belones with its many tasty restaurants is 1.5 km away.

All the beaches you see in the photos are less than a 10 minute drive away.

There is plenty of shopping here, with the large shopping center of Cartagena less than 
a 10-minute drive away and Cartagena city 15 minutes away. Dos Mares shopping center 
is 30 minutes away and the large shopping center Zenia Boulevard with 130 trendy shops 
is a 35-minute drive.

On the beach you can practice all kinds of water sports such as kayaking, surfing, 
paddle surfing or you can rent a boat without a license and then you can drop anchor 
where you want and snorkel where you want.

In the period from July 1 to August 31, the price is €1100 per week.

The final cleaning is €145.
